What We Can Do
• Remove pages that violate terms or Indian law
• Suspend or ban accounts without notice
• Report illegal activity to authorities
• Modify or discontinue service at any time
Limitation of Liability
PayWithChai is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not responsible for:
• Direct, indirect, or consequential damages
• Financial losses from errors, fraud, or scams
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Actions of third parties using the platform
Account Deletion
Delete your account anytime from the dashboard. All data is permanently removed within 30 days. Use desktop browser for deletion.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by laws of India. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of Indian courts.
