The Simple Version

PayWithChai helps creators accept UPI payments directly. We don't process payments — we generate UPI links that open your supporter's UPI app. All transactions are peer-to-peer.

What PayWithChai Is

  • A free platform to create your page
  • A way to share your UPI ID with supporters
  • A UPI link generator — opens payment apps directly

What PayWithChai Is NOT

  • A payment gateway or processor
  • A money transfer service
  • A financial institution or RBI-regulated entity
  • A payment aggregator (like Razorpay/Stripe)
We don't hold, transfer, or process any money. Payments happen directly between supporter and your bank via UPI.

Critical Risk Disclosure
  • • PayWithChai is NOT a payment aggregator or intermediary
  • • We have zero visibility into any financial transactions
  • • You assume full responsibility for verifying payers/payees
  • • We cannot intervene in disputes, refunds, or reversals
  • • Any loss from fraud is your responsibility

What We Can Do

  • • Remove pages that violate terms or Indian law
  • • Suspend or ban accounts without notice
  • • Report illegal activity to authorities
  • • Modify or discontinue service at any time

Limitation of Liability

PayWithChai is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not responsible for:

  • • Direct, indirect, or consequential damages
  • • Financial losses from errors, fraud, or scams
  • • Service interruptions or data loss
  • • Actions of third parties using the platform

Account Deletion

Delete your account anytime from the dashboard. All data is permanently removed within 30 days. Use desktop browser for deletion.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by laws of India. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of Indian courts.
